  1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    All Guests during their stay in the Holiday Home, and in the accessory areas, must comply with all the Holiday Home Rules and any other instructions from the Management aimed at the safety and protection of the Guests, the Employees of Aurora View Resort s.r. l. and of the structure itself, as well as its assets, including the accessory areas (private beach).
    Guests are required to notify the Management of any complaint, anomaly or malfunction as soon as possible.
    Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of minors they accompany at any time, as well as for any behavior that may disturb other residents in the neighborhood. In each studio apartment the maximum number of occupants is two people, including minors (there are no camp beds or additional makeshift beds, each room is equipped with a foldaway double bed).
    Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties, especially during the night hours (11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.).
    Excessive noise or behavior that does not comply with the rules is prohibited at any time and may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction, loss of the amount paid for rent and an extra cost deducted from the amount paid as a deposit.
    Guests must avoid any type of disrespectful behavior towards other residents.
    Guests must respect, during their stay in the facility and in the accessory areas, Italian Law and Local Municipal Regulations.
    Animals are not allowed in the facility and in the accessory areas for reasons of hygiene and tranquility of all guests. Exception is made for guide dogs (regularly certified and vaccinated) of blind people.
    The use of the pool area is reserved for Guests occupying the rooms on the upper floor, as specified in the price list of the rooms.
    It is forbidden to connect to the electrical system of the structure instruments or appliances not approved by the Management, with the exception of cell phones, computers and medical instruments.
    All damages and breakages to the structure and its goods must be reported immediately to the Management.
    It is forbidden to remove goods belonging to the Holiday Home. Thefts will be prosecuted by law.
    No porterage services are provided.
    For the use of the kitchenette, available in each room, and other appliances, it is recommended to read the instructions provided by the Management. A laundry room is available, for a fee.
    Towels, shower towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival. The change of towels and bed linen is carried out by the Management weekly.
    Only one beach towel is provided for each Guest for the duration of the stay.
    The Management offers a "welcome kit" for each guest, consisting of a pack of shampoo, soap and mineral water, any additional requests will be subject to payment as per the price list provided by the Management.
    Each studio is equipped with pots and pans sufficient for two people.
    Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas, all rooms are equipped with a private terrace or private garden where smoking, even if not encouraged by the Management, is left to the discretion of the Guests. Guests must respect the environment as well as the fire safety regulations and must use the ashtrays provided by the Management.
    The rooms are cleaned every morning between 09.30 and 11.00 (9.30 am/11 am)
    Failure to present valid documents upon arrival (see initial note paragraph will lead to cancellation of the stay without reimbursement of the advance amounts, therefore it is recommended to send in advance, by fax or email, the personal documents that will be shown upon arrival.

  2. VISITORS
    Only paying and registered Guests will have access to the property.

  3. USE OF THE PROPERTY
    Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property and in the accessory areas. Any consent may be agreed with the Management, in compliance with safety regulations and only in the case of specific rental of the entire property and/or accessory areas.
    Guests will be responsible for the differentiated collection of waste, in line with Municipal Regulations, using the containers provided by the Management. It is strictly forbidden to deposit waste outside of the specific containers.
    Every time Guests leave the Holiday Home, even for a short period, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked, in order to guarantee the safety of the property and prevent any damage caused by rainwater. Lights, air conditioning and appliances, such as the television, must be turned off in favor of energy saving and safety. Guests are asked to avoid wasting water: showers and taps must be closed when not in use and must be checked before leaving the room.
    The swimming pool can only be used without disturbing other guests, with particular respect for the tranquility during rest hours. The swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard, safety and hygiene are the responsibility of each individual guest. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Diving is prohibited. The use of swimming fins, glass masks and bulky objects, such as mattresses and life jackets, is prohibited; the use of inflatable armbands is permitted. It is mandatory to use the shower before entering the swimming pool. For safety or hygiene reasons, the property reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit the use of the swimming pool.
    For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use glass objects even in the area surrounding the swimming pool.
    Out of respect for other guests, nudism and offensive behavior towards public decency are not permitted.
    The use of barbecues is prohibited.
    It is forbidden to remove utensils and furnishings from the room. It is forbidden to take the towels provided from the room to the beach or pool, special beach towels will be provided.
    Direct access to the coast (public beach) is free at all times.
    Disabled people who are not fully self-sufficient must be accompanied by a support person; if the support person does not stay in the room with the disabled person, the cost of the additional room will be charged. The presence of disabled or not fully self-sufficient people must be reported at the time of booking.

  4. BOOKINGS
    You can conveniently book directly on the property's website.
    Telephone bookings are accepted at 3402318375.
    Telephone bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours of confirmation by email or fax or text message with the name and surname of the guests and the number and type of identification document.
    A telephone number must be indicated with the confirmation for any communications.
    Reservations are accepted by email at auroraviewresort@gmail.com, in the email it is mandatory to include the names and surnames of the guests with the relative number and type of identification document.
    Reservations by email must be confirmed with the advance payment of the stay via bank transfer to Aurora View Resort s.r.l within 24 hours of the booking email.
    The reservation will be valid from the date of receipt of the bank transfer; it will be the responsibility and obligation of the Management to immediately communicate confirmation.
    Any advance payments will be refunded only in the case of justified reasons for force majeure if proven by supporting documents, such as a medical certificate.
    In any case, cancellations will not be accepted without prior notice 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. In any case, a deductible equal to the value of one night's stay as booked will be retained.
    Reservations through websites where Aurora View Resort is accredited will follow the procedures indicated in the announcement or, in the absence of these, the procedures of the Provider.

  5. RATES
    The rates and contractual rules for the various housing and seasonal solutions are updated and available on the website of the facility and displayed at the entrance of the resort.

    The rates are per room, not per person.

6.CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in is available from 2.00 pm (2 pm) until 11.00 pm (11 pm). Arrivals after 11.00 pm must be agreed in advance with the Management at least 24 hours in advance.
Check out must be done strictly by 11.00 am (11 am). Any requests for late check-out must be agreed upon and approved by the Management.

For registration, in accordance with Italian Law, all Guests must present a valid identity document with photograph upon arrival (Identity Card - Passport for Non-European Union Citizens).

For stays with minors, the Guest must present an official document certifying their paternity or maternity or guardianship.

  1. ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
    Guests must comply with the safety regulations, for fires or emergencies, displayed in each room.

  2. GUEST PROPERTY
    The Management is not liable for property left unattended.
    The Management is only liable for damages caused by fault attributable to the same on the basis of an amicable agreement or within the limits compensated by the Aurora View Resort Insurance Company.

  3. DISPUTES
    If not resolved amicably, disputes will be subject to Italian Law and the regulations in force at the time of the dispute.

The competent Court will be that of Catania (Italy).

  1. PRIVACY
    The Management complies with all legal regulations on privacy as required by Italian law.
